Tillermark raises $620K from Nolqa.

The investment backs one idea: every commerce team deserves a clear next move, explained with evidence and approved by the person who owns it.

The short version

Nolqa, a private investment firm that backs growth companies across technology, software and services, has invested $620K in Tillermark. The money goes into one job: bringing Tillermark to every growing commerce team that needs it, and making it something they can rely on every day.

The problem we set out to fix

Commerce teams don’t lack data. They drown in it. A normal week brings dozens of alerts from the store, the support desk, carriers, ad platforms and team notes, and still no clear answer to the only question that matters: what should we do next?

By the time someone stitches the story together across six tools, the moment to act has usually passed. Meanwhile margin leaks out quietly, through delayed orders, refund spikes and ad spend that stopped working weeks ago.

What Tillermark does

Tillermark sits across the tools a team already uses and works in four steps:

  • Notice. A short, ranked list of what actually changed, instead of 38 alerts. Normal wobbles stay quiet.
  • Explain. Every signal opens into its evidence: the numbers, the tickets, the notes, and the causes that were checked and ruled out.
  • Act. When there’s a clear next step, Tillermark drafts it, checks it against your rules and sends it to the person who owns the decision. Nothing happens without their approval.
  • Remember. Each decision is linked to its result, so the next one starts from what worked.

Why it earned the backing

Here is the case we made, and why it fits an investor whose motto is “Powering Profitable Growth”:

  • It protects profit, not just growth. The decisions Tillermark surfaces are the ones that quietly cost margin: a fulfilment delay turning into refunds, a campaign that stopped paying back, a stock problem nobody connected to support tickets. Catching them early is profitable growth in practice.
  • People stay in charge. Tillermark prepares the move; a person approves it. Teams adopt tools they trust, and trust comes from control.
  • It shows its work. Every suggestion carries its evidence and a confidence level, so nobody has to take an AI’s word for anything.
  • It’s built, not just pitched. Tillermark has been live since 2025, shaped week by week with the teams using it.
  • It’s focused. One audience, commerce operators who carry the context, and one promise: make the next move obvious.

What the funding is for

  • More connections. Bringing Klaviyo, Meta Ads, Google Ads, Gorgias and 3PL and carrier data in alongside Shopify, Stripe, Zendesk, Slack and Notion.
  • More teams, faster onboarding. Bringing Tillermark to more commerce teams, with setup measured in days, not weeks.
  • Reliability and security. Investing in the infrastructure and controls that real operations depend on.
  • A small, senior team. Adding the people who will build all of the above.
