Is Tillermark another dashboard?
No. A dashboard shows numbers and leaves the detective work to you. Tillermark tells you which change matters, why it happened, and what you could do about it.
Does Tillermark replace our tools?
No. It sits across Shopify, Zendesk, Slack, Notion and the rest, and connects what they each see.
Does the AI take actions on its own?
No. Tillermark prepares an action and checks it against your rules. A named person on your team approves it before anything happens, and approved actions go out in batches you can pause.
How accurate are its explanations?
Tillermark gives a likely explanation with a confidence score and the evidence behind it, plus the causes it ruled out. It won’t claim certainty it doesn’t have, so you can judge for yourself.
Data and privacy
What data can Tillermark see?
Only what you connect. Connections start read-only, and you can disconnect any tool at any time.
Do you train AI models on our data?
We don’t sell your data or use it to train models for other customers. Details are in the privacy policy.
How do I delete my data?
Email privacy@tillermark.com from the address you used with us. We respond within 30 days.
