The short version
Techstars has invested $250K in Tillermark, a month after our investment from Sequoia Capital. Techstars brings something money alone can’t: a worldwide network of founders, mentors and operators, many of them running the kind of commerce teams Tillermark is built for.
What Tillermark does
Commerce teams don’t lack data. They drown in it. Tillermark sits across the tools a team already uses, from the store and support desk to carriers and team notes, and works in four steps:
- Notice. A short, ranked list of what actually changed, instead of dozens of alerts.
- Explain. Every signal opens into its evidence: the numbers, the tickets, the notes, and the causes that were ruled out.
- Act. When there’s a clear next step, Tillermark drafts it and sends it to the person who owns the decision. Nothing happens without their approval.
- Remember. Each decision is linked to its result, so the next one starts from what worked.
Why it matters to us
- A global network. Commerce teams sell across markets, and so do the founders and mentors in the Techstars community.
- Sharper feedback. More operators testing Tillermark against real weeks, real stores and real decisions.
- Momentum. Two investments in two months let us grow the team that builds and supports the product.
